Original wrappers. Quite a nice pamphlet, especially given its unusual size. There is a ghost of a horizontal fold left in the middle of the pamphlet which you have to look for in order to find it. Provenance: Library of Congress, with their surplus stamp on rear cover (and two small numerical stamps on the rear of the title page, and that's it for library markings).
